微波（Microwave）是指波長介於紅外線和無線電波之間的電磁波。微波的頻率範圍大約在 300MHz至300GHz之間。所對應的波長為1公尺至1mm之間。微波頻率比無線電波頻率高，通常也稱為「超高頻電磁波」。在技術領域協定使用的四個頻率分別為800MHz、2.45GHz、5.8GHz和13GHz。
Microwave (Microwave) refers to electromagnetic waves with a wavelength between infrared and radio waves. The frequency range of microwaves is approximately between 300MHz and 300GHz. The corresponding wavelength is between 1 meter and 1 mm. The frequency of microwaves is higher than that of radio waves, and is often referred to as "ultra-high frequency electromagnetic waves." The four frequencies agreed to be used in the technical field are 800MHz, 2.45GHz, 5.8GHz and 13GHz.
